🫕🧀 Hot Artichoke Dip
This is one of those recipes that has no business being as good as it is. Mix everything in a bowl, pour it in a dish, bake until bubbly and browned. Serve with crackers and watch it disappear.
Total time: 25 minutes (5 minutes prep, 20 minutes baking)
Steps
1. Mix (5 minutes)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine in a large bowl:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (not marinated)
- A generous dash of garlic powder and parsley powder
- A pinch of cayenne
- Pulse in a food processor until the mixture is a chunky, spreadable consistency, about 8-10 pulses.
2. Bake (20 minutes)
- Pour into an 8 or 9 inch ovenproof dish (a quiche dish or ramekin works well).
- Dust the top with paprika.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with crackers.
